Dr. Biswajit Mohanty
Managing Director & ChairmanDr. Biswajit Mohanty, is the founder member of the Company, a highly accomplished and esteemed Doctor with an illustrious career spanning over 30 years, stands as an exemplary leader in healthcare industry. Mr. Mohanty has consistently demonstrated his ability to excel in various roles in core management of the company also active and enthusiastic in business activities. Dr. Mohanty holds Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from V. S. S. Medical College, Burla & Post-Graduation in Bio-Chemistry from S. C. B. Medical College, Cuttack. Further he joined JIPMER, Pondicherry as Senior Resident. He has 18 years of teaching experience in medical colleges. In 2009, joined Apollo Hospital, Bhubaneswar as HOD and Quality Manager. Dr. Mohanty associated with Quality Council of India for NABL, NABH-EL, NITI Aayog (KPI), since past 13 years and audited more than 350 laboratories and hospitals across India & SARC countries. He is also six sigma Black Belt from Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Hyderabad.
Dr. Bikash Agrawala
Whole Time DirectorDr. Bikash Agrawala, is the founder member & Whole Time Director of the Company. Dr. Agrawala is a seasoned health sector professional with a career spanning almost two decades. Dr. Agrawala holds Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Sambalpur University & Post-Graduation in Radiology Diagnosis from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University. Dr. Agrawala served as a senior consultant at Apollo Hospital, Bhubaneswar till February 2023 and many other renowned hospitals across India before joining Apollo Hospital. He is responsible for the expansion and overall management of the business of the Company and his leadership abilities have been instrumental in leading the core team of the Company. Primarily he handles technical matters related to the radiology department, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in the healthcare services.
Dr. Sunil Kumar Rout
Whole Time DirectorDr. Sunil Kumar Rout, is the founder member & Whole Time Director of the Company. Dr. Rout is a successful Entrepreneur with renowned Educationalist & Philanthropist. He is the founder of many Nursing colleges, B-School & CBSE Affiliated School. Dr. Rout is also active member of Rotary Club (Bhubaneswar Heritage), Bhubaneswar Club & Utkal Chamber of Commerce & Industries Dr. Rout holds Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Law (LLB & Doctor of Philosophy (D.Phil.) in the specialized area of health Sciences. He is responsible for the expansion and overall management of the business of the Company and his leadership abilities have been instrumental in leading the core team of the Company
Dr. Supriya Sundar Mishra
Non-Executive & Non-Independent DirectorDr. Supriya Sundar Mishra, is the Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director of the Company. Dr. Mishra is Consultant Radiologist with over 9 years of experience in the health care industry. He is a Life Member of the Indian Radiological and Imaging Association (IRIA) as well as Royal College of Radiologists (RCR), London. Dr. Mishra completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Kasturba Medical College (KMC), Manipal & Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Radio-Diagnosis from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), Kochi. His areas of interest include GI Radiology, USG Dopplers and Image guided procedures. He is responsible for handling the general administrative activities of the company as well as smooth coordination and management of the Radiology Department, ensuring highest standard of services.

Independent DirectorMr. Panchanana Mahanta has over three decades of experience in corporate finance, Legal, Secretarial, advisory and taxation matters. He is an independent, non-executive director on the boards of the Company. Mr. Mahanta served The Agricultural Promotion & Investment Corporation of Odisha Limited ( A Govt. of Odisha Enterprise) as Company Secretary, Head of Administration, Legal, Finance & Accounts for morethan 21 years. In his career also served many other Govt. and Non-Govt. Corporates. He is a qualified member of the The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) & qualified member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Mrs. Minati Das
