Mr. Panda has more than 4 years of experience in Secretarial, corporate finance, Board Room Management, Risk Management, Legal, advisory, Drafting and taxation matters. Mr. Panda holds Bachelor of Commerce (H) from Utkal University, Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Utkal University, Master of Commerce (M. Com.) from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Master of Business Administration in Finance form Bijupatnaik University of Technology. Mr. Panda is also an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Mr. Panda is serving as visiting faculty for Financial & Legal subjects at various B-Schools, Law Colleges & ICSI. He is responsible for handling Secretarial, Legal, Inventory Management & Financial matters related to Outstation Centres of the company.

Chief Financial OfficerMr. Jayant Kumar Das, is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Das has more than 22 years of experience in the field of Accounting & Finance in different sector. Mr. Das holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical, and Technological Sciences, Sikkim. He is responsible for overseeing the overall accounts and finance of our Company.
